Sergio Guillin Perez has extensive work experience in various roles within notable companies. Sergio Guillin currently serves as the Managing Director of the Retail Business Unit at Grupo Herdez, overseeing 700 stores and ECommerce/Delivery businesses. Previously, they were an Independent Member of the Advisory Board at Niagara Bottling and an Associate Consultant at AddLink Consultoría & Estrategia. Prior to that, they held several VP positions at Walmart, including being the Head and COO of Walmart Supercenters and Walmart Express/Superama Supermarkets, VP of Merchandising Groceries and Consumables, VP of Financial Services and Commercial at Bank Walmart, and Commercial & Merchandising Director at Bodega Aurrera. Sergio Guillin also worked at RB as a General Manager, Commercial Director, and Marketing Director.

Sergio Guillin Perez holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
