Diana Collazos Serrato

Diana Collazos Serrato is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Coordinadora Recursos Humanos at Grupo Omnilife-Chivas since February 2018, Diana previously worked as Líder Gestión Humana at Act Telematica S.A. from March 2013 to February 2018, where responsibilities included developing human talent management strategies. Earlier in the career, Diana held the position of Jefe de Gestion Humana at Santafe Boutique Hotel from January 2008 to February 2013, focusing on planning, coordination, and control of human resource processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluating organizational climate.
