Mariana Montes Garagarza

Mariana Montes Garagarza currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Grupo Scanda since July 2023. Previously, Mariana held the position of Regional Manager of Human Resources at Grupo Hospitalario H+ from June 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included strategic human resources planning and management of talent acquisition, training, compensation, personnel administration, and labor relations. Prior to that, Mariana worked as the Human Resources Manager at Grupo Arca between May 2017 and May 2020, overseeing organizational structure, headcount management, and negotiations of compensation packages. Additional experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Comtelsat Inc. focused on onboarding processes, and as a Trainee in Human Resources at OMRON Industrial Automation Europe, where recruitment strategies were developed. Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Human Resource Management from Universidad Anáhuac, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
