Armando De los Santos is an experienced program and project manager with a robust background in IT and SAP implementations across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, oil and gas, and consumer goods. Currently serving as Program Manager at Grupo TI México, Armando leads strategic IT projects in Brazil, Spain, Mexico, and Colombia, effectively managing multinational teams to deliver results on time and within budget. With prior roles including Senior SAP PM Consultant at Haceb and Project Delivery Manager at Grupo TI México, Armando has demonstrated expertise in process optimization, cost reductions, and cross-functional collaboration, achieving significant operational improvements and client satisfaction.
