Eric Plans

Eric Plans has extensive experience in the hospitality and operations management sectors, currently serving as Operations Manager at Grupo Tragaluz since April 2017. Eric has held various titles within the company, including Subdirector de Operaciones, Director of Restaurant Llop - En Compañía de Lobos, and Assistant General Manager, alongside an internship in the same role. Prior experience includes an internship in the purchase department at Grupo Hotusa from September 2016 to February 2017, as well as an internship at INTER-TIR focused on international logistics from January to June 2016. Eric holds a degree in Business Administration from Universitat de Barcelona, completed between 2011 and 2016.
