Sergio Motta Mello

Sergio Motta Mello is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Founder and Chairman of the Board at TV1 since May 2020, Sergio previously held the position of President and Founder at TV1 Communication from May 1986 to June 2022. Sergio's career in journalism began at O Estado de Sao Paulo, where a tenure from April 1971 to March 1977 included roles as a Special Reporter and Foreign Correspondent, followed by a position as a Foreign Correspondent at Globo TV Network from January 1977 to April 1986. Sergio is an alumnus of FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
