Raymond Sanchez

Raymond Sanchez has over 25 years of experience in the field of IT and data management. Raymond currently holds the position of Finance Vice President for Data Management & Analytics at Triple-S since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Universal Insurance Group as an IT Assistant Vice President for six years, from August 2015 to August 2021. Before that, Raymond served as the Director of Software Architecture/Enterprise Architecture at MMM Holdings LLC from September 2009 to August 2015. Raymond also held managerial positions in architecture and applications development at Doral Bank, Evertec, and DIRECTV Puerto Rico. Raymond began their career as a Senior Developer at Cambridge Technology Partners/Solvis Consulting. Overall, their extensive work experience showcases their expertise and leadership in the IT industry.

Raymond Sanchez has a diverse educational background. Raymond obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico in the years 1990 to 1996. Raymond then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Jones International University from 2000 to 2002. Later, Raymond completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Financial Management from Northcentral University, spanning from 2008 to 2011.

In 2020, Raymond engaged in post-graduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning for Business Applications and Analytics. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including ITIL v2 from Exin, Microsoft Certified Application Developer (.NET), Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (.NET), MirthConnect and MirthAppliances from Mirth Corporation, and TOGAF (L1 and L2) from The Open Group.
