Peter Koinange

Peter Koinange has extensive experience in human resource management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Manager Human Resources for Gruppo ICM since July 2022, Peter oversees comprehensive HR functions for the organization. Prior to this role, Peter worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mediamax Network Ltd, managing various HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition and compliance. Experience also includes a managerial position at Trufoods Limited, where focus was on talent and organizational effectiveness, and as a Human Resource Officer at Africa Global Logistics, coordinating training and performance management. Earlier roles included significant HR positions at South Nyanza Sugar Company Ltd and an industrial attachment at NEW KCC. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Daystar University, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management from KCA University, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kenyatta University.
