Alessandro Fracassi is an experienced executive, currently serving as Group CEO and Head of the Moltiply Division at Moltiply Group since April 2000. Previously, Alessandro held the position of CEO at Gruppo MOL until May 2024 and served as a Board Member at A2A from May 2017 to May 2020. Alessandro's early career included a role as Senior Associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton from 1995 to 2000 and founding Frareg s.r.l., where Alessandro was CEO from 1992 to 1994. Alessandro holds an MBA in Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management (1996-1998) and a Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale from Politecnico di Milano (1988-1994), in addition to completing Maturità Classica at Istituto Leone XIII (1983-1988).
