Massimo Russo

Massimo Russo has extensive work experience in the field of technology and public administration. Massimo has worked at ETT S.p.A. from 2001 to the present, holding various roles such as Smart Government Program Manager, SmartGovernment Sales & Bid Manager, Sales Manager for Center and South Italy, and Project Manager. In these roles, Massimo has been responsible for overseeing sales operations, commercial activities, and project management for e-government projects. Massimo has coordinated the work of large teams and designed systems used by the Italian Ministry of Labour. Massimo is currently the Head of Market - Public Administration at Gruppo SCAI. Prior to their time at ETT S.p.A and Gruppo SCAI, they have also worked as an Analyst and Software Developer at P&V Studio associato di ingegneria and as a Software Developer and System Administrator at Tigullio Pubblici Trasporti.

Massimo Russo has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Genova, which they obtained between 1995 and 2003. Massimo also holds a degree of Perito Tecnico in IT from Istituto tecnico industriale E. Majorana, which they earned between 1990 and 1995. In 2012, Massimo attended a workshop on Business - Strategies to compete at Scuola d'Impresa. Massimo further pursued Project Management certifications, including a Certificate of training from Attuare s.a.s. in 2017 and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they obtained the "Getting Things Done" certification from LinkedIn in an undisclosed year, and holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Engineering accredited by Word Education Services.
