Lizeth Agudelo

Lizeth Agudelo has a diverse work experience history. Lizeth started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Comercio Inmobiliario in 2012, where they provided administrative support. Then, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at useitweb s.a.s, where they assisted in managing projects. In 2019, they became a lider de soporte at useitweb s.a.s, a role in which they provided support and guidance.

From 2020 to the present, Lizeth has been working at GRYDD Supply Chain & Logistics Operating System. Initially, they served as a Technical Account Manager, building strong customer relationships and overseeing daily operations. Currently, they hold the position of Bilingual Business Analyst, where they are responsible for modernizing systems and presenting concepts and results at meetings.

From 2013-2016, Lizeth enrolled at Universidad de San Buenaventura, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.

In 2015, Lizeth attended Universidad de San Buenaventura and completed a Diplomado en servicio al cliente (Customer Service Management).

From 2016-2017, Lizeth studied at Silicon Valley Career Technical Education Center, where they pursued a degree in ESL ( English as a second language).

In 2017, Lizeth briefly attended San Jose City College, where they focused on ESL (English as a second language).

Lizeth also holds additional certifications, including an EF SET Certificate obtained in May 2022 from EF Standard English Test (EF SET), and a Scrum Fundamentals certification obtained in October 2021 from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
