Sarah Decoux

Sarah joined Gryphon in 2022 as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator within the Human Capital Group. In her role, Sarah provides functional coordination to the organizational development team that works across Gryphon’s portfolio companies, as well as supporting the Human Capital Group’s internal operations. Sarah has been working as an administrative professional in the Bay Area for over 10 years across several industries including, non-profit, tech start-up, and financial services.
