Jan Stephens

Jan Stephens has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Jan started their career at Charlesworth Press & Hammonds in 1997 as a Project Manager. Jan then worked at Rentokil Initial as a Regional Operations Manager before joining G.S Associates as an HR Manager. Jan also worked at Webhelp TSC as a Human Resources Business Partner and at Hallmark Cards as an HR Advisor. Prior to their current position as Head of HR at GSA, Jan worked at G4S Facilities Management as an HR Advisor. Throughout their career, Jan has been responsible for implementing HR policies, handling employee relations issues, and providing guidance and support to managers. Jan has expertise in areas such as diversity and inclusion, case management, and employee development.

Jan Stephens attended Ossett High School and completed their GCSE Level education. They later enrolled at Wakefield College and obtained a HNC Computing degree. No specific start or end years were provided for either educational experience.
