Irina Moskvina

Irina Moskvina has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Deputy General Director for Personnel and Organizational Development at GS Group Holding Company since April 2013. In this role, Irina developed a technological approach to forming HR tool portfolios tailored to specific business needs and implemented a strategic process-oriented management system for quality and performance management of personnel. Previous positions include Director of Organizational Development and Personnel Management at the Medical Center "XXI Century," where Irina established HR policies aligned with company strategy, and Director of Personnel at ZAO "RSK," focusing on employee assessment and training programs. Irina started their career as a Personnel Policy Specialist at PITERAVTO, conducting personnel audits and collaborating on social policy initiatives. Irina holds a Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, earned in 2005.
