Youngtae Jung

Youngtae Jung has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies. Youngtae currently holds the role of CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) at GS RETAIL since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at ABInBev BU East Asia from 2020 to 2022, overseeing HR operations for Korea, Japan, and New Zealand. Before that, they held various positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2016 to 2020, including IR & People Supply/Logistics Sr. Director and People Process Director. Youngtae worked at Mercer as Principal, MNC leader from 2008 to 2016. Youngtae also worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in 2007 and at Samsung SDS as a Manager from 2000 to 2007, where they specialized in HR strategy, corporate strategy, and IT consulting.

Youngtae Jung obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Pittsburgh from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) specializing in Telecom MBA at the KAIST Graduate School of Management from 1998 to 2000.
