Shivani Bhalla

Shivani Bhalla serves as the Senior Director of Business Enablement Industry Relations at GS1 Canada since July 2018, having previously held roles as Senior Director and Director of Industry Relations. Prior to joining GS1 Canada, Shivani accumulated extensive experience at Shoppers Drug Mart from 2002 to June 2018, where roles included Senior Manager of Pharmaceutical Partnerships, Pharmacy Assistant, Project Manager for the Influenza Vaccine Supply Chain and Distribution, Pharmacy Workflow Lead/UX Lead, Associate Product Manager, Analyst of Margin Opportunities, and Analyst of Pharmacy Pricing. Additionally, Shivani worked as an Associate in Regulatory Affairs at Allied Research International in 2008. Academic qualifications include dual MBAs from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Smith School of Business at Queen's University, a post-graduate credential in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operations from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Biology from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
