Sam Heyworth

Sam Heyworth is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for GS1 US since July 2021. Prior to this, Sam has held several senior positions at Amazon since August 2004, including Vice President of Consumables and Vice President of Product Velocity. Key responsibilities have included leading product and tech initiatives, managing sales acceleration programs, and overseeing teams in various categories such as Automotive and Digital Music. Sam's earlier experience includes a managerial role in eBusiness at Fidelity Investments from 2000 to 2002. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in American Studies from Yale University.
