Jon Swope is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in environmental science and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Scientist at GSI Environmental Inc., Jon previously held the position of Associate Scientist at Farallon Consulting. Prior roles include Project Scientist at TRC Companies, Inc., and Director of Business Development and Safety Management at BC2 Environmental, where responsibilities involved client relations and safety oversight. Jon's expertise also encompasses project management and field investigations from tenure as a Senior Staff Scientist at Kennedy Jenks Consultants, where significant contributions included regulatory compliance and technical report writing. Earlier experience at Miller Brooks Environmental involved managing environmental assessments for multiple Shell service stations. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara, earned in 2000.
