Aniruddha Deshpande

Aniruddha Deshpande has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and management. Aniruddha has held various leadership positions, including Head of Human Resources at GSP Crop Science Pvt Ltd and Head of Human Resources at Dorf Ketal. In these roles, they were responsible for manpower planning, talent acquisition, and project planning and execution. Aniruddha also served as the Head of Human Capital and General Affairs at Welspun Group, where they monitored HR budgets, conducted campus hiring, and supported recruitment for other locations. Prior to these positions, they held HR roles at Prestress Wire Industries and H M Patel Centre for Medical Care & Education, where they were involved in employee engagement and development programs. Aniruddha began their career as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Prestress Wire Industries and also worked as a Human Resources Executive at Videocon Industries Limited.

Aniruddha Deshpande has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Aniruddha also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
