Muthukumar Nachinarkiniyan has extensive work experience in quality engineering and program management. Muthukumar is currently a Senior Director of Quality Engineering at GSPANN Technologies, Inc. Prior to this role, they worked at Orion Innovation as a Program Manager and Quality Engineering & Automation Leader for a leading financial services customer. Muthukumar also served as a Technical Program Manager at Northwestern Mutual (Wipro Ltd), where they led the QA engagement and built a team of QA, Automation, and Shared Services engineers. Muthukumar has experience leading QA programs, implementing process improvements and automation initiatives, and managing teams in metrics-driven environments. Muthukumar has worked for various companies such as Kohl's, Gander Mountain, Capital One, Main Street America Insurance, British Telecom, and Citrix in roles such as QA Program Manager, Onsite Project Manager, QA Automation Manager, and Project Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on successful delivery, team management, and driving efficiency in quality engineering practices.

Muthukumar Nachinarkiniyan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Systems from Annamalai University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electronics and Instrumentation from the same university, from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Muthukumar has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification in 2021 and the Citrix Certified Administrator certification in 2004.
