Holly Ghaemi

Holly Ghaemi is an experienced Appian Consultant currently working at Groundswell since October 2023, focusing on evaluating and documenting business requirements for Appian-based solutions in an Agile development environment. Previously at IEM as an Appian Developer, Holly managed feature design, code baselining, and client presentations. As a Senior Technical Consultant at Perficient, responsibilities included client sessions to define requirements, application and database framework design, and ensuring best development practices. Holly's background also includes roles at EDP Renewables in process improvement and automation, a statistician at alliantgroup, and a statistical consultant intern at AMS-PAR. The educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Geography from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's Degree in Statistics and Data Analysis from the University of Houston, complemented by a study abroad experience in Spanish at Universidad de Granada.
