Cindy Balsitis

Cindy Balsitis is an experienced Graphic Design Manager with a robust background in the cycling industry. Since June 2007, Cindy has been leading the GT product graphic design team at GT Bicycles while also consulting on global market trends. Prior to this role, Cindy served as Graphic Design Manager at Cycling Sports Group from July 2010 to June 2022, where Cindy was responsible for creating and managing product graphics for GT. Cindy's earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Graphic Designer at Pacific Cycle, where responsibilities encompassed developing color schemes and decals for Mongoose and GT bicycles, as well as producing print collateral for marketing efforts. Cindy began the career at Brunswick Bicycles as a Graphic Designer, focusing on color schemes and graphics for bicycles. Cindy holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science, Graphic Design from Elgin Community College, earned between 1997 and 1999.
