Julie Pieters

Julie is the Vice President of People Operations, leading the Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Operations Support teams. With 20 years of staffing experience and 15 years focused on the wireless industry, Julie has a strong background in setting and leading strategic initiatives across the diverse programs owned by the People Operations team. At the same time, she is fostering an inclusive culture and diverse workplace, empowering all employees to contribute to their full potential.

Prior to joining us, Julie was the head of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Bergelectric, developing and leading organizational strategies to achieve the organization’s key talent objectives. Before Bergelectric, Julie was the Director of Quality & Talent Care at Kineticom, leading the Talent Care, Marketing, and IT teams and working closely with the head of HR.
