VP Of System Operations at GTE Financial

Troy Hepler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Troy began their career as the Chief Fuels Accountant in the United States Air Force from 1998 to 2005. Following this, they worked as a Branch Manager at Railroad & Industrial Federal Credit Union from 2006 to 2011. Troy then joined GTE Financial, where they held various roles including Compliance Analyst, CUCE from 2011 to 2013, Lead Business Systems Analyst from 2013 to 2017, Manager of Business Systems from 2017 to present, and most recently, Assistant Vice President of System Operations since February 2019. Throughout their roles at GTE Financial, Troy has been responsible for optimizing operational performance, implementing policies and procedures, managing project initiatives, and leading teams to meet organizational goals.

Troy Hepler pursued their education at American Military University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Troy studied in this program from 2006 to 2010. Later, Troy went on to complete a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership at the same university, which they accomplished between 2013 and 2015.
