Raj Shrinivasan

Raj Shrinivasan has extensive work experience in finance and accounts, with a focus on financial management, budgeting, and internal controls. Raj started their career at Wockhardt Limited in 1981, where they were responsible for accounts finalization, budget implementation, and computerization. Raj played a key role in the amalgamation of group companies and received recognition as the best performer in the finance department.

In 1988, Raj joined Armour Chemicals Ltd as a Finance Manager, overseeing accounts management, statutory audit, and the preparation of financials for a bulk drug project.

Raj then worked at CRB Capital markets Ltd and Weizmann Finance Ltd as an Associate Vice President, where they arranged inter-corporate deposits and provided working capital and term funding for customers and group companies.

From 1998 to 2000, Raj served as the General Manager of Finance at Orion International Support Services Pvt. Ltd, where they implemented processes for inventory management, budgets, and accounts. Raj was instrumental in sourcing working capital when required.

Starting in 2001, Raj held the position of Senior Vice President at GTL International Ltd. During their tenure, they played a key role in implementing Oracle ERP and monitoring the preparation of statutory books and consolidated reports. Raj also established internal control systems.

From 2007 to 2010, Raj worked as the Senior Vice President of Finance at ORANGE - Equant Technology Services (India) Pvt. Ltd, where they implemented Oracle ERP and managed the preparation of statutory books, bank reconciliation, and consolidated reports. Raj also instituted internal control systems.

From 2010 to 2012, Raj served as the Vice President and Head of Finance at Greenergy Renewables Pvt. Ltd. In this role, they managed group accounts, implemented budgets and internal controls, reduced the financial analysis turnaround time, and implemented innovative financial structures for projects.

Most recently, Raj joined GTL Infrastructure in 2013 as the Head of Pricing.

Raj Shrinivasan's education history begins in 1960 when they attended St Michael's High School in mahim. There, they studied Final CA (Group I) until 1972. Following this, Raj Shrinivasan pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from R.A.Podar College from 1972 to 1976.
