John Henwood

John Henwood has extensive experience in customer success, holding various leadership roles including Vice President of Customer Success at both Productboard and a previous position at a writing company. Additionally, John served as Senior Director and Director of Customer Success at Productboard. John is also recognized as a Co-Leader of the Vancouver Customer Success Community and has held multiple positions at Hootsuite, including Director of Customer Success for the Americas and Manager of Customer Success for the Americas. John holds a BA (Hons) in Sports Management and Leadership from the University of Southampton, earned between 2006 and 2009, and is currently a Limited Partner at GTMfund.
