Mike Clapson

Mike Clapson is an experienced sales leader currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Ashby since November 2021, where the focus is on supporting fast-growing companies in achieving their hiring objectives. Clapson is also a Limited Partner at GTMfund. Previously, Clapson held the position of Vice President of Sales at strongDM for a brief tenure and spent nearly six years at Slack, where Clapson advanced from one of the first sales hires to Head of Enterprise Sales for Canada and Higher Education. During this time, Clapson significantly contributed to revenue growth and the development of teams across multiple regions. Prior to Slack, Clapson managed global alliances and channel sales at Mobify and worked as an Account Executive at SAP. Mike Clapson holds a certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard University and a BASc in Engineering with a minor in Commerce from The University of British Columbia.
