Louis Rambaud

Louis Rambaud currently serves as Chief Customer Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at GTR (Govia Thameslink Railway), the largest Train Operating Company in the UK, since March 2024. Previously, Louis held multiple senior positions at The Go-Ahead Group, including Chief of Staff and Group Strategy & Transformation Director, contributing to the management of extensive public transport operations across several countries. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy CEO for Transdev in the Western Europe & Mediterranean region and leading various roles in the organization, focusing on operational efficiency and strategic development. Louis began a career in strategy consulting at Roland Berger and Booz & Company, having managed numerous projects across diverse sectors globally. Educational credentials include degrees from HEC Paris, Sciences Po, and Pierre and Marie Curie University, with a strong foundation in mathematics.
