Requirements:

  • 4+ years of CPG experience; experience working with brokers, distributors, and retailers
  • Analytical thinking; able to measure sales trends, promotional effectiveness (ROI), and use data to make meaningful recommendations to Senior Leadership that impact the business in a significant way
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; translating data into storytelling to influence critical decisions
  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 10%
  • 3+ years of job-related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field

Job Description:                                 

The Sales Analyst position supports the National Sales Team in executing GT’s Sales strategy, including working with our brokers, distributors, and direct accounts. This role operates as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Manages customer database and ensures customers are set up accurately
  • Set up and/or maintain data and supplier portals
  • Assists in new item set-ups for customers and distributors
  • Coordinates samples, sales assets, and imaging requests
  • Assists in producing and distributing key sales support assets to Sales Teams
  • Manages business relationships between customers and key internal stakeholders
  • Creates, manages, and maintains data and records for Sales leads
  • Utilizes multiple data tools to measure and analyze sales performance
  • Analyzes and tracks customer deductions in partnership with Accounting, Marketing, and Sales
  • Develops internal and external communications for the Sales team

  • Communicates effectively to varying audiences both in and outside the organization
  • Takes initiative, ability to be self-motivated, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Time management, ability to work efficiently by setting priorities in a multi-task-centric work culture
  • High degree of accuracy and integrity is required with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills. Self-starter takes initiative and recognizes the need for urgency

Job Details:

  • Work Hours: Remote, Monday through Friday. #LI-Remote
  • Work Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.
  • Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00
