Director ABM Marketing Europe at GTT

Susanne Hagemann has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Susanne is currently the Director ABM Marketing Europe at GTT, where they focus on demand generation and leads the strategic and tactical ownership of EMEA Demand Generation. Susanne also serves as the Marketing Director for DACH, Benelux, and CEE regions, where they develop and delivers strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and implement demand generation.

Prior to joining GTT, Hagemann worked as the Managing Partner at HagemannRelations, a marketing, PR, and coaching agency specialized in various industries. Susanne provided strategic counsel and operational services to SMEs and Global 2000 clients. Hagemann also held the position of Head of Global Employer Brand & Continental Europe Marketing at Capco, where they developed and executed marketing strategies to elevate the company's brand.

Earlier in their career, Hagemann worked as the Marketing Director for Regus and its network partner brands at Regus Management GmbH. Susanne was responsible for finding and implementing lead channels for lead generation. Susanne also gained experience in marketing and PR at HPI (Hoechst Procurement International) and D&B (Dun & Bradstreet).

Prior to that, Hagemann served as the Head of Public Relations DACH at AT&T/NCR. Susanne has a strong background in corporate communications and PR, with a focus on building brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Susanne Hagemann's education history includes the following:

- In 2023, they attended the Human Design Academy and earned a certification as a Certified Human Design Reader & Coach in the field of Human Resources Development.

- In 2018, they completed a certification program at Contentbird in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia, becoming a Certified Digital Content Manager.

- In 1996, they attended the Dörrbecker Public Relations Academy as part of their dual study program and became a Certified Public Relations Expert in the field of Public Relations/Image Management.
