Linh Vuong

Linh Vuong has a diverse range of work experience. They are currently working as a Business Director at Euna Solutions, a role they started in 2023. Prior to this, Linh held multiple positions at OpenCounter, including Director of Customers, Government Services Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project and Data Manager. They also worked as a Performance Data Manager at the Hawaii Public Safety Department, a Performance Data Analyst at the City of Boston, and a Program Performance Analyst at the City of San Jose. Linh also had experience as a Policy Consultant at the City of Santa Cruz, a Policy Intern at Code for America, and a Student Consultant at the California Public Utilities Commission. Earlier in their career, Linh was a Research Associate II at the National Council on Crime and Delinquency and an Undergraduate Research Apprentice at the Berkeley APEC Study Center.

Linh Vuong obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, in the years 2004 to 2008. In 2006 to 2007, they also participated in an Undergraduate Exchange Programme at Sciences Po, where they received a certificate in International Relations. Furthermore, they pursued higher education at the University of California, Goldman School of Public Policy, obtaining a Master's in Public Policy from 2010 to 2012.
