Josefina Jimenez has accumulated extensive experience in the food science industry, currently serving as a Technical Documentation and R&D Specialist at Donsuemor, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to this role, Josefina worked at GU Energy Labs / Advanced Food Concepts in various capacities, including Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Assurance Manager, beginning in February 2016.
