Matthew Hopkins

Matthew Hopkins is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in system engineering, cloud solutions, and content creation. Currently serving as a System Engineer and Linux System Administrator at GVEC since November 2022, Matthew also owns Son of a Tech, where entertaining technology-related videos, including tech reviews and PC builds, are produced. Previous roles include Cloud Solutions Specialist at Bridgehead I.T., Solution Management Administrator at ASP & Associates, and several positions in the automotive field. Matthew holds a degree in Automotive Technology from Austin Community College and has studied at Texas Tech University.
