Esther Chong Mba

Esther Chong MBA, LSSGB is a seasoned professional in clinical project management and quality improvement, currently serving as a Senior Clinical Project Manager at Guardant Health since December 2024. Prior to this role, Esther worked as a Senior Consultant - Global Project Manager at Enterey Life Sciences Consulting from March 2018 to November 2024, and contributed to quality improvement analytics at AltaMed Health Services. Esther's experience also includes significant roles at Philips, where responsibilities spanned supply chain management and site planning for the LATAM market, as well as technical drafting for medical imaging projects. Esther holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and has completed an Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of Notre Dame, complemented by a dual Bachelor's degree in Biological Science and Political Science from UC Irvine.
