Louise Billman

Lou Billman possesses extensive experience in early childhood education and community involvement. Currently serving as an Executive Committee Member of the Caloundra District Netball Association and a Portfolio Manager at Guardian Childcare & Education, Lou has also been a Founding Executive Committee member of Aura Netball since 2019. Previous roles include Head of School Early Years at Montessori International College, Area Manager at Affinity Education Group, and Senior Manager of Early Childhood Operations at YWCA Canberra, where significant programs were developed for child development and inclusion. Earlier career highlights include being a National Presenter for SEVENTEEN Hundred and a Child and Family Worker with SHINE for Kids, focusing on programs for incarcerated parents.
