Jaclyn Rauscher

Jaclyn Rauscher, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, spanning various roles and industries. Jaclyn is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Guardian Healthcare since January 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at the same company from October 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Division Director and Regional Director of Human Resources at Guardian Healthcare from April 2021 to October 2021 and November 2019 to April 2021, respectively.

Before joining Guardian Healthcare, Jaclyn worked as a Human Resources Manager at Concordia of the South Hills from October 2012 to November 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Glade Run Lutheran Services from April 2010 to October 2012. Jaclyn'searly career includes roles such as Long Term Living Liaison, Case Manager, and Program Assistant at Greater Erie Community Action Committee (GECAC) from June 2008 to February 2009, October 2005 to June 2008, and August 2005 to October 2005, respectively.

Jaclyn Rauscher, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from La Roche University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from PennWest Edinboro. Jaclyn obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2012 and their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015.
