Andrew Desimone

Andrew DeSimone is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Market Management for Group Benefits at Guardian Life since August 2021. In this role, Andrew leads a team focused on identifying localized trends and strategic growth opportunities. Previously, Andrew held positions as Senior Product Manager for Group Disability Products at Guardian Life, and as Senior Consultant for Group Benefits Underwriting at Lincoln Financial Group, where Andrew led integration efforts and developed significant underwriting processes. Andrew also has a robust background at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including roles such as Director of Underwriting for Group Benefits and involvement in the Corporate Development Program.
