Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Delivery and Head of Business Administration & Control at Guardian Life since December 2014, Barbara has a proven track record in business management. Prior to this role, Barbara was a Managing Director at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, overseeing Business Control and Branch Administration from June 2012 to December 2014. Barbara's career also includes significant positions at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Citi Smith Barney, where Barbara held the title of Executive Director and Managing Director, respectively, from March 1983 until June 2012.
