Gurpreet Bal

Gurpreet Bal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and data technology. Currently serving as Chief Enterprise Architect and Head of Enterprise Architecture and Data Technology at Guardian Life since June 2021, Gurpreet previously held the position of Sr. Director of Strategy, Architecture and Engineering at S&P Global for over a decade. Additional roles include VP of Design and Engineering at Société Générale, where Gurpreet led application migrations, and Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on regulatory reporting. Early career contributions include significant positions at C-BASS LLC, GE, Accenture, and Flexex Technologies, underscoring a strong foundation in business analysis, solution design, and team leadership. Gurpreet holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University and completed a program at the Yale School of Management in 2021.
