Jon Winderman is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the insurance and benefits sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Group Benefits at Guardian Life, Jon has held similar positions at prestigious organizations such as Transamerica, New York Life Insurance Company, and Cigna. Throughout a distinguished career, Jon has demonstrated expertise in financial leadership, with roles ranging from Chief Financial Officer to Controller and Director of Financial Analysis. Jon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Bucknell University and has furthered education at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
