Pratyush Jha has significant experience in the field of customer service and integration within the insurance and technology sectors. At Guardian Life since April 2017, Pratyush has held various managerial positions, focusing on customer service delivery related to eligibility, billing, and payments, and streamlining Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) setups. Previously, as an Analyst, Pratyush was responsible for implementing B2B integration with Benefit Administration Partners, ensuring seamless ETL system integration with various tools and applications. Prior to Guardian Life, Pratyush worked at Aon as a Setup Configuration Specialist, contributing as a full stack developer on the 360 Absence Solution Platform for clients such as Boeing, BP Whiting, and Johnson & Johnson. Pratyush holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Uttrakhand Technical University.
