Ramesh Tumma has over two decades of experience in technology and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Data & Analytics Technology at Guardian Life since January 2006. Throughout this tenure, Ramesh has held various positions, including Head of Data Platform & Capabilities and Principal of Technology Architecture, where responsibilities included advancing AI strategies and automation. Previous roles include Director of Workplace Technology, where Ramesh modernized messaging infrastructure, and Sr. Manager positions focusing on Office 365 implementation. Prior experience includes significant roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Dell Professional Services, Lehman Brothers, and GE Healthcare, where Ramesh worked on application packaging and software engineering. Ramesh began a career in engineering with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
