Why can we rate Uber drivers but not police officers?
Guardian Score is a survey solution designed to help police administrations use real-time data analytics and insights to understand how their police officers treat community members.

The Challenge:
Police departments do not have an easy way to measure their officers' customer service abilities in the field.

Our Solution:
Our customer satisfaction tool allows community members to rate their interactions with police officers.

Why Guardian Score?
We provide police leaders with meaningful and actionable analytics to evaluate police officers.

Our Vision:
We believe that law enforcement agencies and communities want to build a better tomorrow, together. The Guardian Score platform empowers communities to transform the way law enforcement agencies collect, interpret, and operate from community feedback - one score at a time.

Our Mission:
At Guardian Score we are determined to:
1. Change the way agencies measure a “good officer”
2. Provide a voice to all citizens who experience police encounters
3. Help law enforcement agencies protect their brand
4. Measure procedural justice skills of individual police officers
5. Build legitimacy for law enforcement within their community
