Vidette Hughes

Vidette Hughes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, customer relations, and operations management. Currently serving as a Freelance Training Specialist at PSMatters since January 2015, Vidette designs and delivers various training courses. As the Head of Customer Relations at GuardianMPS since March 2014, responsibilities include overseeing account management, client support, and training for a safety system aimed at field and lone workers. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Guardian24, Miller Hospitality, Teleperformance, HCL BPO, RIAS PLC., and HSBC, where Vidette honed skills in client relations, team management, sales performance improvement, and customer service operations. Vidette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
