Lindsay Burns

Lindsay Burns, PhD, is a K-12 Gifted Specialist at Chillicothe City School District since August 2023 and serves as an Evaluation Specialist for Guardians of Honor, LLC since January 2023. In addition, Lindsay is the Owner of Noelle Scott Research, providing research and collaboration services since April 2021, while also having served as an Evaluation Specialist at Paragon-TEC, Inc. and a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University. Lindsay's teaching experience includes roles at Chillicothe City School District and Washington Court House City Schools. Educational credentials include a PhD in STEM Education from The Ohio State University, an Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Professional Development, a Master of Education in Teacher Leadership from Wright State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Middle Childhood Education from Ohio University.
