Jana C.

Jana C. is a seasoned veterinary professional and educator with extensive experience in veterinary technology and instructional roles. Currently serving as a Veterinary Technology Instructor at Veterinary Allied Staff Educators since January 2016, Jana prepares students for the Veterinary Technicians National Exam. In addition, Jana works as a Registered Veterinary Technician at GuardianVets, providing online emergency triage support. As the owner and web developer of Indigo Moon Arts since 1983, Jana has a strong background in fine art and web design. Previous positions include adjunct instructor at Yosemite Community College District, where Jana taught veterinary technician courses and served as an Instructional Technology Specialist, and multi-media technician at Columbia College. Jana began a career in veterinary technology at Jamestown Veterinary Hospital, serving as a Registered Veterinary Technician for over two decades. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media and Web Design from The Art Institutes and an Associate's degree in English, Art, and Liberal Studies from Columbia Community College.
