Deborah Lewis has a diverse range of work experience. In 2007, they worked as temporary event staff for the PGA of America during the U.S. Open. In 2008, they served as a Guest Services Representative at Hampton Inn, where they managed reservations and provided customer service. Starting from 2011, Deborah served as a Customer Support Manager at Catholic Match, responding to customer inquiries and creating support materials. In 2012, they founded and managed DL Home Services, a remodeling company, where they handled administrative tasks and implemented marketing strategies. Most recently, Deborah worked as a Technical Customer Support representative at Guardio, providing assistance on user concerns and contributing to the hiring and training of support representatives.
Deborah Lewis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Software Programming from Colorado Technical University. Deborah attended this university from 2014 to 2019. Before that, they earned a Certification in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, and Management from Forbes Road Career and Technology Center, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Deborah has also obtained a certification called the Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Coursera in February 2021.
