Anna Helve

Anna Helve's work experience includes a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Anna is currently the Head of Operations at Gubbe, where they are responsible for the company's core operations and has P&L responsibility in the B2C business in Finland. Anna is also a member of the Leadership team. Prior to this, Anna held the position of Head of Experience and Manager at Gubbe.

Before joining Gubbe, Anna worked at Ahlstrom-Munksjö, where they served as the Global HRD Manager, Culture & Development. In this role, they participated in multiple group-wide projects and managed various development projects after their maternity leave. Anna was also a project manager in the global Travel Management program and the Helsinki office's renewal project. Additionally, Anna was a Global HR Specialist, Culture & Development at Ahlstrom-Munksjö.

Anna's earlier experience includes working at Great Place to Work® Finland as a New Business Developer and Research Coordinator. In their role as a New Business Developer, they managed large clients and their survey projects, while also being a part of the research team. As a Research Coordinator, Anna worked closely with Consultants and was involved in surveying and consulting over 150 companies per year.

Anna also worked at AS3 Finland as a Marketing Coordinator, where they provided support to sales and marketing activities. Their responsibilities included creating and editing materials and updating webpages.

In their early career, Anna worked as a seasonal Elf at SantaPark, where they performed various tasks including dancing shows and sales.

Overall, Anna Helve has gained extensive experience in operations, HR, business development, research, marketing, and customer service throughout their career.

Anna Helve completed their education in the field of social sciences, specifically management. Anna obtained a Master's degree from the University of Lapland, attending from 2009 to 2015. In 2014, they also had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at the University of Copenhagen.
