Chris Paul

Chris Paul has a wealth of experience in sales operations and supply chain management. Chris started their career in 1993 as a Regional Account Sales Manager at Unilever: Elizabeth Arden, where they negotiated and sold skin care, cosmetic, and fragrance products to department store retailers in the competitive New England market. Chris then moved to Iomega Corporation in 1998, working as a Production/Master Scheduler and building inventory levels valued at $100M worth of inventory featuring Zip and Jaz drive media. In 2009, they joined Pure Fishing as a Sr. Sales Forecast Operations Manager, working to establish best practices and assuring Sales Operations & Planning team provided high levels of customer service and support for the Sales organization. In 2010, they moved to XPO Logistics - Supply Chain (formerly New Breed Logistics - Verizon Contract) as a Reverse Logistics Sales Planning Ops Manager, managing the Verizon cell phone reverse logistics planning operation that services 10 million devices annually. From 2012 to 2017, Chris Paul worked at Tempur Sealy International, Inc. as a Supply Chain Sales Operations Manager, managing and controlling all excess and obsolete inventory. Chris then joined BekaertDeslee as a Supply Chain Planning & Operations Manager, leading, coaching, training, and directing US plant facility supply chain function. Since 2019, Chris Paul has been working at Collins Aerospace as a Sr. Strategic Supply Chain Manager and Strategic Planning Manager, leading 6 direct report Supply Chain Managers and 19 indirect reports and ensuring materials and parts are available and released to meet certification, testing, marketing, and customer ship dates. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed as the Director of Sales Operations at Guerrilla RF.

Chris Paul attended the University of Rhode Island where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management and Psychology.
