James Padkin is the Head of PMO - Business Systems and Compliance at Guestline, where James manages internal business processes and projects, with a focus on compliance and data governance. With previous experience at WCN as a Specialist in Projects/Technology/Branding and at Cazar as a Director, James has a strong background in project management and recruitment technology solutions. James also has experience working as an Account/Project Manager at Zonal Retail Data Systems, and as a Project Manager and Principal Resource Business Partner at Alexander Mann Solutions. James began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at QA Myriad/Hays IT Recruitment after completing their education at the University of Hull.
